40 members. Across 20 countries. Decades of experience.
We are diverse bunch - strategists, consultants, designers, coaches, researchers, facilitators - some specialists, some who refuse to fit neatly into a box. Each of us bring 20+ years of professionals coupled with humility and a healthy dose of personality.
What binds us is a shared belief that the best of us shows up when we work together on challenges that really matter. So we come together to work with NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, multilateral agencies and businesses working for people and planet.

We've spent our careers working with and inside organisations that exist to make a difference - across six continents, from global NGOs to social enterprises to foundations to governments. We built this collective because we believe in what's possible when the right people find each other, and find something worth working for.
