What binds us is a shared belief that the best of us shows up when we work together on challenges that really matter. So we come together to work with NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, multilateral agencies and businesses working for people and planet.

The problem we see
Impact leaders face a range of challenges - fundraising, partnerships, organisation design, team development, stategic planning, programme launches, embracing technology - which are really complex and totally interconnected.
Finding the right support to address these issues is challenge itself. Internal teams knows your organisations but not what works elsewhere. Independant consultant bring deep expertise in one area. Large consulting firms are costly and prefer large projects.
What we offer.
Experienced professionals to work alongside you - complementing what you have, adding what you need. The right person, or combination of people, who understand your context and can work flexibly with you to grapple with the challenge(s) at hand.
Sometimes that's thinking something through together. Sometimes it's rolling up sleeves on a defined piece of work. The best part, they don’t come alone. Each person supported by a broader community of experienced, well-connected practitioners ready to contribute when needed.

When you need a delivery partner - Project Support. Whether you have a clear brief or just enough for an exploratory conversation, we find the right person or people to lead or support your project with the organisation, focus and momentum to suit your team’s style and strucuture.
The kind of things we hear and love to engage on
"We need to rethink our strategy and want to do this differently, not just following the process we’ve done before”
"We've got a partnership opportunity that could be transformative, but we don't have the experience to structure it properly."
"Our senior leaders are really strong technically, but would admit they are not the best people managers - and it's starting to affect everything."
"We're designing a new programme and want experienced outside eyes to stress test out thinking before we take it to donors."
"We've been awarded new funding and need to move fast — but we need the right people alongside us to deliver well and show early progress."

The People Behind This: Dee & Ian
We each started in corporate consulting before shifting to impact to do work that really makes a difference - it’s taken us across six continents, from global NGOs to social enterprises to foundations to governments.
We are not trying to build a consulting firm here. We realised we’ve cultivated a great network of peers over the years, the natural step is to let open that up to organisations who might benefit.
Sometimes the most useful contribution is a single conversation. Sometimes it's a small group at the right moment. Sometimes it's an ongoing relationship.
The aim is simple:
Bring the right experience to the right question, in the right way.
If any of this resonates — we'd love to talk.
We take time to understand what you're really grappling with, and what a good outcome actually looks like.
If it’s something we can help with we then find the right people, set the work up well and stay close until the job is done.
