01/ Let us introduce ourselves.
We are a diverse group of 40+ senior practitioners - strategists, consulants, designers, researchers and facilitators - who have each spent over 20 years navigating real challenges, across different sectors, geographies and types of organisation.
What binds us is a shared belief that the best of us shows up when we work together on challenges that really matter. So we come together to work with NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, multilateral agencies and businesses working for people and planet.

Finding the right support to address these challenge it tough. Internal teams knows your organisations but not what works elsewhere. Independant consultant bring deep expertise in one area. Large consulting firms are costly and prefer large projects.
